Founded in 2016, Laplace New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading provider of core process equipment and solutions for high-efficiency photovoltaic cells. The company brings together numerous technical experts from the photovoltaic and semiconductor equipment industries both domestically and internationally, with strong R&D capabilities. As of the first quarter of 2025, Laplace holds over 800 authorized patents in China. Its business encompasses the R&D, production, and sales of high-performance thermal process, coating, and supporting automation equipment required for photovoltaic cell manufacturing, with significant achievements in the field of next-generation high-efficiency photovoltaic cell equipment.

Shaanxi Xingbei New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established on September 17, 2019. The company's business scope is extensive, including new energy technology development, technical consulting, technology transfer and related technology promotion services; manufacturing and sales of special equipment for semiconductor devices, photovoltaic equipment and components, and special electronic materials.

Jiangyin Haida New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. was established on March 16, 2017. The company is mainly engaged in the manufacturing, processing and sales of resin artificial panels for solar photovoltaics, double-glass module blocks, and metal products. It also operates the sales of chemical products (excluding dangerous goods) and the import and export of various commodities and technologies.
