The application fields of subsidies mainly include: user-side energy storage, new energy distribution energy storage and independent energy storage, etc., and there are requirements in terms of annual utilization hours and project scale.
The main ways of subsidy are: investment subsidy, capacity subsidy and discharge subsidy.
The maximum investment subsidy standard can reach 30% of the industrialization cost, and the maximum amount can reach 10 million yuan;
Capacity subsidies are mostly based on the power of energy storage power stations, and some parts of Zhejiang can reach 300 yuan /kW;
The discharge subsidy is the highest in Wenzhou user-side energy storage subsidy, reaching 0.8 yuan /kWh.
Most of the policies stipulate restrictions on the number of subsidy projects, the maximum amount of subsidy and the time limit.
In the first half of 2023, the introduction of subsidy policies around the country has positive significance for promoting the development of the energy storage industry, and has effectively promoted the development of the regional new energy storage industry.
